Lots of people use it again migraine and/or tension headaches (like me)
It could also kill the pain of Multiple Sclerosis very well, just like any pain actually, except for gunwounds or so, need alcohol for that xD

But it also actually cures some things, dunno the whole list of stuff its good for, but I read a short while ago that if marihuana was legal in the US, 500.000 people now still would have lived.

A friend of mine had a medical problem, he got marihuana on perscription. Without the weed he used to have huge headaches...
